INCLUDED FORMATS AND COMPATIBILITY
Primary file format
60fps FBX (Filmbox)
This file can be used with MotionBuilder, Maya, Blender and whilst we cannot test all software, it should work with most other programs that support FBX format. This file can also be used with the Unity game engine ( see instructions on our site if your not sure how to import into Unity )
Supplementary file formats and other included files
|These supplementary file format conversion and skeleton retargets are included at no additional cost to help speed up your animation import & retargeting pipeline. Please note they might not be as refined as the core FBX file.|
60fps iClone 7 .rlmotion
||This be used in iClone 7 to animate characters or in iClone 3DXchange pipeline 7 for retargeting purposes.|
30fps Daz3D bvh
|These are bvh files retargeted to the Daz Genesis, Genesis 8 and Victoria 4 skeletons. ( Please see import instructions on our site. )
* Please note that these are Experimental. They have been retargeted from our clean FBX skeleton to various Daz3D characters. However, due to the retargeting process there may be some errors introduced (Euler flips etc). I unforunately do not have enough time to clean these all up, but have decided to release them with our FBX files as they are generally an okay start point and it may help some customers who are not sure how to retarget and want to get started quickly.
|60fps 3DMax Biped
||This is the animation retargeted to the biped skeleton and converted into bip format for use in 3D Studio Max.|
|30fps Unreal Engine
||This is the animations retargeted with root motion to the unreal skeleton. The file includes our own mannequin model to help with editing. It has similar proportions to the standard unreal mannequin and and when imported into unreal you will be able to see the animation performed on the unreal 'manny' model. Although we have retargeted this specifically for unreal it can also be used with the unity game engine.|
|T Pose and Useful files||This folder includes textures for our android character along with FBX files of our standard android character and our Unreal rig in a T Pose. These are included to help setup characters in software that needs them for retargeting. You will also find an iClone avatar for our android character. This can be used in iClone or 3DXchange.|
