If you have any questions that are not addressed in the FAQ below please drop us a line using our contact form and we will do our best to answer them ASAP.
Our data comes in the primary format FBX @ 60fps. We have retargeted this data to our android character that can be setup in your software of choice for retargeting to your own model. Please make sure you know how to use the data before purchase as we cannot offer refunds after it has been downloaded. We have provided various tutorials to help where we can and we have some free samples we encourage your to download first to test your workflow with out data. We do also include some supplementary files in various other formats but these should not be considered as free bonus content. They are included to help our customers get started but may not always be as polished as the main FBX.
We are not able to test our data in all 3D applications but it should work well in most good 3d software. Software we are sure it will work in includes Autodesk MotionBuilder (2016+), Autodesk Maya (2016+), Autodesk 3D Max (2016+), Blender (2.9). The most extensive testing has been with MotionBuilder which is the software used to compose the files. It will also work in Unity and Unreal game engines.
Our supplementary files should work in the applications they are specifically intended for.
We only sell digital downloads of our data and other digital products.
As well as the main FBX file, we include a set of FREE supplementary files with purchases of our mocap animations. These are files that we have pre-converted into a number of other formats to help customers get up and running quickly. You should check specific product listings to verify which formats are included as this may change from time to time, but at the time of writing we generally include the following files... iClone .rlmotion, 3DMax biped, Daz bvh (G1,G8,V4 characters), Unreal Engine fbx for streamlined import and root motion. We may add or remove formats in the future.
You have 14 days after purchasing a digital product from our website to request a refund. However please note that this right is waived once you have downloaded the product to your computer. We encourage customers to review our tutorials and try out our free sample content before purchase to ensure they are confident with the data before purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have downloaded our content you are no longer entitled to a refund even if you find that you do not know how to use it. We strongly encourage you try download our sample content first to ensure you know how to use it and that it will work for your intended use.

The license granted when you purchase an animation from us only applies to you or your organization for off-the-shelf style products produced by you or your organization. If you wish to use our data for a project you are undertaking for a client you will need to purchase a new license for each client project.
SALES & PRICE
The prices on our site do not include tax. Any taxes that may be due will be added at the checkout stage.
We may from time to time offer discount codes, gift cards or other promotions. We also offer discounted packs for many of our animations which provides a cost effective way to buy them.
Sorry no, once a product is purchased and downloaded the license is activated. We cannot offer discounts for purchases that bought an individual animation license and then go on to buy a discounted pack.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
If you have a problem with our data please contact us and we will try to help. If there is a fault with the data itself we will take measures to fix it. For general help using our data we provide a range of tutorials which we will add to over time, as well as a range of useful files for download. Please visit our help section to find out more.
Once a digital product is purchased it can be downloaded from our website. We do not currently have a time restriction set on this. We do reserve the right to add one though in the future and may impose one for specific users if we feel it's necessary for any reason. You are therefore strongly encouraged to download any data purchased from us and make secure backups. We may not be able to issue replacements if the data is lost in the future.
We are not a big team. All the processing, cleanup and uploading is carried out by myself (Jim) only. I've taken extra care to ensure there are no faults and tested across a variety of applications, but it is possible errors may slip through unnoticed from time to time. If there is a problem with the FBX file preventing it from loading in a supported application or game engine please send us an email with as much detail as possible regarding the software you are using. Which version and any other information you feel may be useful in reproducing the error. We will make every effort to fix it as soon as possible.
Please Contact Us to let us know so we can pursue and take remedial action if necessary. Please do bare in mind that we have an online brand 'Abranimations' that sells some of our content on a variety of online virtual worlds and games. You do not need to report this, as it is us. If you see our data for sale on any marketplaces individually or in part of packs sold not by us or our virtual world brand please let us know. We can fight piracy together.
